Special Mention @ ICLR Computational Geometry & Topology Challenge 2022

Our submission „Sasaki Metric and Applications in Geodesic Analysis“ received a Special Mention in the computational challenge on differential geometry and topology that happened within the ICLR 2022 workshop „Geometric and Topological Representation Learning“.

Best Paper Award @ ShapeMI MICCAI 2020

Our paper “Bi-invariant Two-Sample Tests in Lie Groups for Shape Analysis” received the best paper award at the workshop on Shape in Medical Imaging (ShapeMI), which is held in conjunction with the conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Interventions (MICCAI 2020).

MICCAI Student Travel Award 2020

Our paper “Nonlinear Regression on Manifolds for Shape Analysis using Intrinsic Bézier Splines” received a student travel award rewarding the best (such as highest scoring) papers at the International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI) first authored by early career researchers.

Best Paper Honorable Mention Award 2016

Our paper “Geometric Flows of Curves in Shape Space for Processing Motion of Deformable Objects” received an Honorable Mention at the Eurographics 2016 Best Paper Awards.

Tiburtius Honourable Mention Prize 2015

The Tiburtius prize is awarded by the State Conference of Rectors and Presidents of Berlin Universities (LKRP) for the best doctoral thesis of all academic disciplines of the three Berlin universities.
